Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in original condition and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at marketing@briteman.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there’s a defect, damage, or wrong item.
Exchanges: For a fast exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds: Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, but may take time to appear depending on your bank. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
